Huge time saver. Takes a little bit of adjusting to get it right but once it’s set it is incredible.
I have the 6qt version that is not available anymore. This is the new 7qt version. I have several attachments that really help in the kitchen.
This was my first pressure canner my parents got me for Christmas my freshman year of college. They don’t make it anymore so here is the next model.
Steam juicer. Works really well. I make apple juice, grape juice, pear juice all kinds of juices with it.
Corn Stripper: This thing is amazing. It will strip an entire ear in less than a minute. It is very sharp so you’ll want to be careful but once you get the hang of it, the time spent stripping the corn will be so little, you’ll want to preserve even more.
Fat Separator: I got this to make it faster separating the fat from broths. Instead of waiting for it to cool and spooning the fat off the top, this separates the fat before it goes into the jars, eliminating the extra steps. Its a huge time saver.
Spiralizer: If you want any kind of veggie noodles or chips, this is a must. It comes with several blades so you can have different shaped “noodles”.
Bag Holder: I love this. It comes in super handy when meal prepping/ batch cooking. It keeps the bags standing and stops the tops and closer from getting dirty. I use it most when doing bulk marinades.
Salad Spinner: We eat a lot of lettuce so a good spinner is a must. I chop up my lettuce and soak it in this. Take the strainer out, dump the water, and then spin. The top spinner part has a latch to stay down so you can store your lettuce right in this in the fridge.
Food Storage Containers: These OXO containers work great. They are dishwasher safe and most of the lids are interchangeable. You can also find them in places like TJ Max/Homegoods and Walmart.
Stasher Bags: These reusable bags are great. I use these for any premade stuff for my daughter. They are super easy to clean and are very sturdy. They are also dishwasher safe.
