Great on burgers, chicken and vegetables.
Sweetness: Add a hint of sweetness with 1/3 part of brown sugar or granulated sugar. The sugar accelerates the browning of the meat and the granules create a crispier surface.
Spices: Add earthy spices like cumin, coriander or mustard. Add 1/3 part.
Herbs: Add dried herbs to the mix, like thyme, parsley, sage,rosemary, basil or oregano. Add 1/2-1 part.
Spicy: add cayenne pepper, chipotle, or chili powder. Start with 1/8 part and increase to taste.
